The food here is awful. Cheap but not cheerful. More often than not the staff are a little bit rude and booking or not you will often be left standing at the door waiting to be served for at least 10mins.Just be careful what you order and be prepared for it not to be cooked correctly.
Food was ok but not as nice as they advertise it. Elegantly presented and strongly seasoned. Toilet shabby, all the cream coloured doors in the building look disgusting with dirt and wear and tear. I hate the idea of family tables with built-in TV. What happened to spending time and talking to your kids while eating out?
Much improved service and food standard. But I still got lied to about missing coleslaw and told my meal didn't come with it. I showed the menu highlighted the coleslaw to which they said, sorry we are out of coleslaw. Unacceptable lied aba taking nearly 15 minutes going away to check whilst my food went cold. I ordered hunters chicken and the chips were cold before I started eating. These were replaced after a further 10 minutes.
Nice food and friendly staff. If you want Coke, get it from the bottle. On tap is watered down and doesn't taste very nice.
Great food and service, we popped in for a quick bite whilst on the way to Pinewood studios for a show. We cannot fault the service and the food was served quickly, was tasty and above all hot and fresh so all in all great. The place was very clean, tidy and decorated well for Xmas and also up to a very very good standard compared to some other hungry horses we have seen. Very pleased overall with the experience.
