I showed the owner, Alan, a dent in my car for a quote to be fixed. He gave me an estimate cost, but advised he would email me the following day with an accurate quote. He emailed me with a quote that was 200 under what he originally quoted and said it was a Christmas special. I thought that was really nice of him, as he could have probably taken me for a ride if he was dishonest. Luckily, he seems like a decent guy with a good business. Im yet to take car there to get fixed, but will do sometime this month.
