Fantastic service, Fantastic Pricei must say, i am rather shocked by the bad reviews. I never looked at reviews before i placed my order and i am glad i didn'tWe did however look at their Facebook page which is where they feature all work from happy customers since the company first opened it's doors.The service was top notch and their total cost, including template and installation services was very competetive. I sought out somewhere to leave a review due to how happy my wife and i were.We delayed the process a little so it was not done within the 10-14 working day turn-around that was advised but this was because we couldn't decide what colour we wanted. Instead we opted to have an image digitally printed on the reverse which we were informed takes a little while longer as a preview needs to be made that we can approve or make changes to then once approved, it is printed directly on to the glass.All in all, just over 4 weeks from template to installation and as i'm sure you can tell. We couldn't be happier.i highly recommend Splash of Glass
Do not go anywhere near this Company. The most unprofessional service I have ever come across. Do not be fooled to thinking you can choose pretty much any colour you like, as you can see once your chosen colour has been put on glass it will look nothing like the colour you have chosen. Yes indeed it does state this on the order form, but it should also be made aware that it will look totally different. My gorgeous yellow is a mucky green. Their cutting is also not that great, look at the large gap around the boiler. We tried many many times to make our disappointment heard but they are simply not interested, terrible service from start to finish. Thought they were reasonably priced compared to dearer manufacturer's but now wish we had spent the extra as this looks simply awful. If you read other reviews you will see we are not the first, cowboys.
Awesome work from very helpful staff.I was little apprehensive about using glass as i have only ever had tiles but i liked the idea and the easy cleaning. After speaking with the sales team they put my mind at ease and gave a few suggestions of how best to pick a colour. I booked a template and the gentlemen that arrived were very informative and friendly. They actually explained a different way to install the glass which saved me some money and looks fantastic.I am very happy with my new splash back and highly recommend this company. Fantastic, A+ service. I had problems with the first company who came around to fit my splash-backs (i won't mention any names) And the team at splash of glass put everything right for me and even went the extra mile to ensure the best fit. After the last disappointment i was a little apprehensive but the sales team provided me with a a few references (previous customer contact details) that i could contact to ask questions about their service an whatnot. Very happy with the customer service and the time it took from start to finish. 10 working days. I work long hours so they came out for both appointments in the very early morning before i went to work so i didn't even need to take time off. I would highly recommend this company and have already put 2 of my friends in contact with Splash of Glass.
Absolutely shocking customer service, do not use this company - bunch of cowboys!!!! Should have known when the original quote doubled. Paid for them to complete the survey for the glass, it was a large area and I wanted it done right. Ordered the glass in 15/11 told it would be 10 working days - finally turned up on 15/12 - after i spent time to contact and chase the order. 2 fitters turned up , managed to fit the smaller pieces but then they had to admit that they had mucked up the sizing and the main cooker piece was too small, they then tackled the piece behind the sink, but they had mucked up that measurement too and told me that my new sink would need to be taken out of the work surface to enable them to fit it!! They said they would refit it when the cooker piece was installed and that my builder would have to be on site to do it. Once they had gone I noticed that they had scratched my gloss cupboards when trying to make the sink area fit (my kitchen was less than a month old - they couldn't of cared less) Company closed over christmas, promised my glass would be the first job of the new year but I still had to wait until 19/1 before it came. They were rude to my builder who was trying desperately to help them and find different solutions for the sink are but they were adamant that the sink needed removing - so glad my builder was here and found an alternative less destructive way to fit the glass. To top it all they kept my bank details on file and accessed the final balance without my knowledge or authorisation - I have asked them for a final invoice/bill saying it is paid in full but now they wont answer my emails. I have now had to cancel my bank card as I have no idea who they will pass this personal information on to.They have got 1 star because the colour of the splash back was perfect.
