The staff are a real strength of this branch in Iver. They are always helpful and very polite and will go the extra mile for you. Sometimes short staffed so you have to hang around but that is not their fault! I have used them regularly for a some years and have been satisfied. You just have to be patient and wait. Prices are good.
MOT failed, however you are entitled to a free retest if returned on the next working day however this was a Sunday with no tester working, not a problem as the Manager booked us in for the Monday and agreed to do it free. The only down side was the attitude of the tester, off hand and unhelpful, customer service not one of his assets if he has any. Tall lad with the beard very polite and helpful. Won't be returning in a hurry.
Excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Kwik Fit centres have a bit of a reputation as being full of jack-the-lad type characters who are only there to rip you off. Well I can honestly say this centre in Iver does not suffer from that. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to give a good service.
Very helpful staffs!!! Although they were fully booked and so busy they fit me in to take a look on my punctured tire pumped it up for me so that I can get to next branch to had it fixed! Thank you so much! Otherwise I would stay waiting for another hour or two!!
