I wrote a review in October 2017 after I purchased an Audi R8 from Fontain Motors. I gave Fontain a glowing 5 star review at the time for their service and how they handled my purchase of the car. I thought I'd come back and give a second review based on after sales service which is arguably more important than the service you get when you purchase a car as a dealer will always want to sell you a car but not always want to hear from you when you have issues. As mentioned, I gave Fontain motors a 5 star review for the service I received when purchasing. If I could give 6 stars for after sales, I would. Their service has been second to none. I've only had one issue with the car which turned out to be complex due to other factors (nothing to do with Fontain but Audi UK) but it is just one of those things. Fontain have been completely flexible with me with regards to getting the car fixed and sorted. They communicated with me every step of the way, worked around me and my complex schedule and provided me service that made me feel like I was still trying to buy a car off of them. Some dealers really do lack after sales communication and management and focus all their efforts into sales but this is certainly not the case.I was impressed at sales stage but after sales has been even better.Hats off to the guys at Fontain, restoring my faith in car dealers and the industry could learn a lot from them. Keep up the good work. If you're thinking of purchasing a car from Fontain, I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough. P.S. I barely ever write reviews, let alone good ones, which goes to show how I feel about Fontain.
Purchased an A6 BiTdi from Fontain, a very no nonsense straight forward process. Things were done when they said theyd be done and to the standard I expected prior to purchase (at my request) and very happy with my new purchase. Had checked reviews prior to purchase so went in with an open mind. My verdict - purchase with confidence.Thanks gents!
I have been using Fontain Motors since I bought my Audi A4 in 2015, Sunny provides outstanding customer service each time my cars are booked in for service. I have both an A4 & Golf Serviced & repaired by Fontain from day 1 of being owned, each time cars are fully looked after all valeted for collection. Never had an issues. Excellent service from a knowledgeable Garage..
