Made an appointment to view and test drive, when I got there the car had a flat back tyre and a flat battery. They were quick enough to charge the battery and inflate the tyre. After test driving it I decided to put deposit down. The price on their website was less than the one on the advert in the car. After a discussion and an agreement about the lower price, the service was needed as well which Aqeel agreed to include in the price after his colleague wanted me to pay for it separately. I came back week later to complete the purchase to find out on my way home that the one of the brake lights wasnt working. Afterall Im happy with the car I purchased and would recommend this dealer.
Worst experience after buying car in this dealer. Would have got same car in the similar cash with other dealer but with GLOBAL AUTOS not serviced car and with alternator problem of car where I have already spended more than 600 for repair this is not acceptable with the car buying in the dealer. NOT A HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought a BMW 318ti compact from here. The dealer offered service and MOT for an additional 50. On the drive home after 5 miles blue smoke appeared from the exhaust. Naturally we made contact with the dealer to investigate it and we took it to his garage where it was revealed there was too much oil in the engine, for X amount of miles after it was fine then unfortunately it started again. We then took it to a couple of local garages who explained it could be a number of thing like valve stem seals or oil rings or even head gasket on its way out, either way it would cost more to repair than what the car is worth. We made contact with the dealer again and asked to return the car and refund the amount we paid. The dealer was respectful and did not argue. Unfortunately on this occasion the car let us down not the dealer, would I buy again from this dealer? Yes I would. Wish you all the best.
